The branch of goverment which makes decisions about (evaluates) the laws of the land is called the branch

The judicial branch evaluates laws to determine if they are Constitutional. This process is called judicial review.

I am really sure that the branch is the legislative because the executive branch makes the law and the judicial sees if it's right or not. legislative is the only one left.
