1. It is a republican form of government with three branches.

2. The three branches are legislature, executive, judiciary.

        A. Legislature: It is also called Congress. Congress makes the laws.
        B. Executive: The President administers this branch of Government.
        C. Judiciary: Includes the Supreme Court and 9 Justices. They are special judges who interpret laws according to the Constitution.
