Four causes of loss in job satisfaction?

The four causes of Job dissatisfaction are low pay, lack of growth, bad management and lack of interest.  When people want to find a job, they want to be well compensated for it especially if they work hard but if they are just paid so little and it can’t even cover an employee’s living expenses, then that person will probably look for work somewhere else.  One good sign one is doing well in their career is if they are rising in their position and get better pay and benefits.  Also the company trains them so that they can move up in the ranks when they have the capacity to move up.   If some cases, however, employees wind up stuck in the same position with no training and as a result they feel like it’s a dead end and want to leave.  There those who lose interest in their work when they don’t do anything different.  It becomes boring and not worth doing which leads them to resign.  Finally there two kinds of managers in the work force.  One looks out for the well-being of his employees and helps them grow with the company.  Another does not do anything for those under his management and these are the ones who leave.
