Permissive parenting involves setting low demands and expectations on children while simultaneously being a responsive, caring and accepting parent. Permissive parent is not a good parenting style since children are inevitably rewarded by their parent's love and acceptance despite not doing well in school, behaving badly and evading responsibility.
