The education is effective on reducing prejudice because students are introduced to new social norms in school due to more diversity. Apart from education, keeping yourself from prejudice and stereotypes is one way to avoid discrimination. But because even working hard to keep negative beliefs under control doesn’t mean that they will easily disappear, you should try to be constant in keeping your decision and try out some techniques sociologists recommend.
