Which school system is better u. s or latin america why would you believe it to be better

I as a former Latin American student say that It would be a tie between both of them, why because in Latin American schools it is shown more discipline in between the students, most school are asked to use uniforms and have highly strict rules such as

-no long nails

-girls can’t have their hair lose

-boys can’t have long hair

-girls can’t wear makeup

... and other rules

But most Latin American schools when it comes to government help dot really have it

But with U.S school you can normally see that not many schools use uniforms but most schools in the U.S have better government support.
