Hace un mes llegué a Argentina, con la posibilidad de hacer un voluntariado. Entre mis opciones, elegí ayudar en barrios desfavorecidos de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Entre otras cosas, nosotros los voluntarios recolectamos víveres (comida, agua, ropa, colchones para dormir, etcétera) para los más necesitados. También, hay grupos de ayudantes que se encargan de brindarle educación primaria a los niños, otro grupo que construye y ayuda a reparar las casas, y otro grupo más especializado que se encarga de brindar asistencia sanitaria. Yo ayudé a reparar algunas casas. Le recomiendo a la persona que lea mi testimonio, que se anime a hacer una tarea de voluntariado. Es una tarea que emociona mucho, y hace abrir los ojos hacia otras realidades que no son la de uno mismo.
