It is more important now than ever to do this because we may let our guard down and start getting sick either physically, emotionally or even mentally. Many want to get out of the house because of so much frustration, but we have to be careful because, people go out and can get that horrible virus.

Es muy importante tener actividad fisica mientras pasamos por esta pandemia porque nececitamos tener buena sauld. Es mas importante hoy que nunca hacer esto porque si bajamos la guardia nos podremos enfermar fisicamente, emotionalmente o hasta mentalmente.
