As you listen to each caller, take notes on his or her problems. After all of the callers have spoken, write a sentence of advice for each caller. You may write your advice in English. Advice: Maria should tell her mother politely to maybe talk about something else like Maria's life. She should suggest if it's okay for everyone to shareout how are they doing or get to know each other more instead of her mom spending time just talking about herself.
