The rule for usted commands
1. Go to yo, present tense Hablo
2. Drop the o Habl
3. Add opposite ending Hable
So you would use hable to command someone in usted form

Para el regreso a clases necesito tres camisas. una negra, blanca , y gris. tambien necesito unos pantalones negro y unos jeans azules. y necesito unos zapatos negros y blacos.
