What do you think are the most important qualities for a best friend to have? what would he or she be like?

The most important qualities for a best friend to have:

A best friend is one of the most valuable person that you will encounter in your life after your parents.  A best friend should be always available and always down to spend time. I think your best friends should possess characteristics such as being loyal, reliable and supportive which will cause the bond to grow stronger.

You should be the same to your best friend too, if you don’t do it, and expect them to do it; it’s wrong on your part. As a famous saying goes ‘A friend in need is a friend indeed’ a best friend should be someone who I can discuss personal matters which should and will stay between both of us, He/ she should be able to keep it to themselves Helping in making right decisions and sticking through thick and thin are the qualities of a best friend.
