How to focus on my homework without touching the phone? (because once i touch the phone i feel like i don't want to do my homework) ; (

once you are back from school don't keep your bag away first do your homework then go to your phone later

Another thing that I find helpful and would like to share with you  is immediately shut down your phone, do what's important first as in complete your homework, do anything else you need to do then you can use your phone.
