No, not this exactly, but my whole family was watching TV (This was yesterday btw) and a transgender person was on (The show was Supermarket Sweep) My mom knows I'm queer and she just stared at me like she was gonna kill someone. After that it was just awkward silence. When I'm watching a show alone with queer characters, I usually have A HUGE smile on my face.
