Why do we procrastinate? What types of things do we procrastinate? How can we avoid doing so or at least minimize how often we do? If we have fallen into the procrastination trap and find ourselves with more to do than we could possibly get done, what can we do to help fix our mistake and not repeat it?

We procrastinate because we think the work we’re given is to hard when sometimes really, it’s simple and easy. We mostly procrastinate on homework and sometimes chores. He can avoid procrastinating by maybe setting up a schedule to do our work so it won’t end up being late or we get in trouble. Sometimes to help fix our mistake of procrastination is to maybe ask for help if you really think the work is hard and to help get the work done faster.
