Hi everyone I hope ur good so basically my 15 year old girl stays awake and doesn’t sleep at all she is always busy with her phone so I wanted to ask that does she really deserve a phone and what ways can I let her to prevent from staying all night with her phone Ik this is a studying app but I really need help this is my daughters now she is not here but I took her phone but I think she is coming so I will leave her phone plz find any suggestions bye and thank u
