The way to fix the issue at hand is to stop companies from emmitting green house gases at this rate. A tax won't scare them enough it should be written in the law. Greedy people like to blame the problem on the growing population of third world countries but the reality is that they are just as entitled to it as we are so maybe we should cut down.
