Well lets put it this way the person that is going on vacation didn't tell everyone about him/her going on vaca. If I didn't tell people about my vaca I don't want anyone to know lol. There should be more private ways to say " Have a good vacation!" For example: texting PRIVATLY to that person.

3. Yes. That person should know someone is pretnding to be on on social-media. If the person doesn't know that someone else is pretending to be them, then you should tell an adult. The best way to say it is saying it calmly and efficiently. For example: "Hey mom, someone in my class made a fake account to be my friend. My friend doesn't know either. What can we do to help?" Worst case scenerio that person posts something bad and your friend finds out. He/she will feel something bad and you problebly lost that friend because you didn't say anything about it.
