Your friend sits down next to you at lunch with only a bottle filled with a lemonade, cayenne pepper and honey mixture. she is in her fifth week of completing this liquid-cleansing diet, and she looks pale and very weak. you and your friends have tried to convince her to stop the diet, but because she is losing weight quickly, she refuses to stop.

Explain to her that to stop for a week and then carrying on as this making her pale as she ain’t eating properly and this might not be suitable for her
Tell her to try something else like hot water cinnamon lemon and honey and that’s it tell her to try dis out

Keep telling her she is beautiful time and time again and that she doesn't need to loose weight anymore. Get her confidence level up "weigh high". and tell her that if she feels like she needs to loose weight to drink plenty of water and cut cabs and sugars out of her diet. Also tell her that she will make herself sick and have to go to the hospital if she starts getting pale. 

The 3 steps are vasoconstriction, temporary blockage of a platelet plug, formation of a fibrin clot better known as coagulation.
