According to equation,

                100.16 g (1 mol) of C₆H₁₂O produces  =  82.15 g (1 mol) of C₆H₁₀

So,

                         3.8 g of C₆H₁₂O will produce  =  X g of C₆H₁₀

Solving for X,

                      X  =  (3.8 g × 82.15 g) ÷ 100.16 g

                      X  =  3.11 g of C₆H₁₀

Theoretical Yield =  3.11 g

Calculating %age Yield:

As,

                       %age Yield  =  Actual Yield ÷ Theoretical Yield × 100

So,

                       %age Yield  =  2.7 g ÷ 3.11 g × 100
