A 8-m thick clay layer at a project site in Pullman, WA is single-drained. 3 years after placement of a surface load on top of this clay, a consolidation settlement of 50 mm was observed. At the end of primary consolidation, the ultimate settlement was 100 mm. If a sample of this soil (that is 30 mm thick), was tested in an oedometer, what would be the expected time required for 50% consolidation
