Chief Gregory B. Cade is, as of over a decade ago, the United States Fire Administrator. He was voted into the position by unanimous vote on March 25, 2007. The role of Fire Administrator is part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA, for short), which is, in turn, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, and his trial was on March 15 of the same year. This division, created in 1974 by Gerard Ford, helps to ensure the safety and efficiency of communities and, more specifically, emergency response officers (such as the police, fire department, hospitals, etc) across the United States of America.
