For me it was the Jason from the book rainbowboys

Explanation: Jason like many others was going through a questionable time in his life specifically speaking his sexuality. He had a girlfriend but still lusted after boys. There are many other things he had problems with like for example his abusive father who constantly put him down and was the steryptypical alcholoivc. Something that made me feel feelings for him was the fact that he embraced his bisexuality at the end of the book as many people still see it as a "transition" from gay to straight and vice versa.
