Carolina church massacre), murder for hire in black on black crime), by poisoning water and food supplies, spreading of contagious disease like AIDS, spreading of elicit drugs by government agents like with the crack epidemic, forced abortions and sterilization through Planned Parenthood, poor medical care and police assassination.

It's scary, but this is how goverments are . There's always a genocide going on. There is nothing a subjugated class can do but lay low and not rattle cages. The only relief is when another elite class decides to challenge the current status by offering the oppressed more safety under a new regime.
