In his letter, King reinforces the need to seek the rights of blacks and criticizes the position of religious and political leaders in not supporting this cause. We can see it repeating itself today, mainly in the USA that preaches equality and freedom, but we can see day after day, black people being humiliated, limited and even killed for racist and inhuman reasons.
