20 points help plz Matt's Schedule

Matt has several other items to put into his schedule. They include (in this order) shooting baskets at the park, reading a chapter of a book for school, and working with his dog on fetching a ball. When is the best time for Matt to schedule these activities?
Do them all after homework so he has a break between homework and reading.
Put them all in the space before homework so he has a break before doing homework.
Split them up during the times before school, after school, and after homework.
Take some of the time before and after homework and take away some of the sleep time.
