While sleeping, I want to fully cover myself under a blanket and at the same time I want fresh air too. What should I do?

I think sleeping with your head under the covers is actually HEALTHIER than not because it allows you to breathe warm air which helps prevent and fight colds.
The cold and flu starts in the ears, nose and throat because these areas become physically colder before other body parts. Coldness in your body equates to a weakend immune system. If your body stays warm your immune system is stronger.
So keep your head, ears, nose, throat and everything else on your body as warm as possible to avoid getting sick. Sleeping with your head under a window is bad news too because the cold air sinks straight to your head and you the breathe it in.
In my opinion, the ONLY things unhealthy about sleeping with your head under the covers is getting too hot and not getting enough oxygen. Most people will probably take the covers off thier heads even while sleeping if this happens, but if you're a sound sleeper or intoxicated, maybe not. Even with reduced oxygen you'll probably not sufficate, but I would always leave a small air gap to allow some fresh air to come in. Try keeping the air gap to a minimum to maintain the ideal ratio of warm breathable air to fresh oxygen rich air.
