If you truly feel as though you heart is pounding, you look at them, and have never seen anyone like them, and you just know, and are absolutely sure they are the one, and it's like this gut feeling you haven't had before in your life, then yes.

But if a person see another person and only is attracted to them by what they do, or what choices they make, and wealth, then I wouldn't consider it to be true love at first sight.

Do I belive in it? Yes, it may not have happened to me, or ever will, but it doesn't mean it's not real. It's also depending on what you believe in.
