The world is not the same today as it was two centuries ago - what concerned people in the 1800s is much different than what the main concerns of contemporary people are nowadays. Back then, there was no modern technology - so parents didn't have to worry about their kids using computers too much. The society in the past also had different cultural and societal values that were much different back then.

So to sum up, even though parents obviously always worry about their kids and want to solve any problem they might have, those problems are much different now than what they were like 200 years ago, so the answer is false.
