PAID VACATIONS a. One day per month will be accumulated, up to 10 working days per year.
b. After seven years service in the company, three weeks vacation will be
granted annually.
C. In addition to vacation time, all declared national holidays will be observed as paid
vacation days. Any work required on those days will be compensated at double
the employee's hourly rate and must be approved in writing by the supervisor.
RESIGNATION/TERMINATION
a. In the event of voluntary resignation, two weeks notice must be given the supervisor.
b. In the event of involuntary discharge, two weeks pay will be given in lieu of notice.
