Rest Stop, Drop, and Roll
from the journal of the Anonymous Blogger
Well, I'm back from vacation and still getting adjusted to the difference in time zones. I always feel the same way when I return home after a long trip. I need a vacation from my vacation. I expected to have some time to rest and recharge before heading back to classes. That's nearly impossible when you're always on the go. I never had time to stop. Now, I'm dead-tired and have to get up early tomorrow. There's so much unpacking to do, and I need to make preparations for the week ahead. I just want to drop off to sleep and hibernate. Somebody should just roll me out of bed when it's time to get up again.

Read this passage from the online article “top 10 reasons why everyone is doing yoga” by kathryn livingston. what type of propaganda is the author using? why are so many people doing yoga these days? there must be more to it than endorphins; there has to be a deeper reason why 20 million plus americans have fallen in love with this venerable practice. here is my top ten list – and if you’re a yogi, i’m sure you can think of more.
