Well I feel that personal and professional responsibilities are always a little imbalanced, because if you choose a career that easy then personal responsibilities will be more than professional and vise versa. I want to be an E.R Physician so with all my schooling I will have to do I will have to work extra hard to keep my responsibilities balanced especially cause I am gonna be busy at the E.R all the time when I am done with school and training and I want to have a kid so I have to manage to balance all of that out because if I have a kid that's more personal responsibilities because I will then be caring for another human being. So if I only handle professional responsibilities my child may hate me and if I only handle personal responsibilities then I may get fired from my job and that means little to no money coming in.
