What processes changed the Earth's environment during Precambrian time?

During the pre-Cambrian period, three eons of pre-Cambrian time - a Hadean Eon-, the Archean Eon, and the Project Eon - changed the earth's surface.

The earth was an immense field filled with lava at the beginning of the Precambrian era, asteroids strikes were always found. Since the suddenly the world's climate starts changing and the ocean is born, bringing life to the Earth. Oxygen and plumes are beginning to develop, and the planet has become an excellent location to dwell on microorganisms.

In the beginning of the Precambrian time, the earth was a huge sphere covered in lava, there were asteroid hits at all time. But then, the climate on earth starts to change, and ocean was formed, which brought life to the planet. There's starting to have oxygen and rainfall, which mad the earth a great place for micro organisms to live.
