Explain the location of the
Faeroe Islands. Why are they not considered
part of Scandinavia?

They are not considered the part of Scandinavia as they are located close to Great  Britain or to be more precise on the half way between Iceland and Scandinavia. Although they are not part of Scandinavia they are culturally influenced by it.
