If a person eats 12 bags of Hot Cheetos, they will have consumed more than 2000 calories. (Which is the normal amount of calories for a grown adult per day). If a different person eats fruit for breakfast, a chicken burrito for lunch, and a shrimp salad for dinner, with a few snacks in between, they also will consume about 2000 calories.
Does it matter what each person eats if they are getting the same amount of calories?
