Losing a family member you are close with can cause all of these things however if you feel like you have signs of depression then you can use websites such as ChildLine if you are not comfortable with talking to someone. If someone has recently passed and you feel in a depressed state, you may want to switch things as they are in a better place and may have been happier without all the pain of the world. Insomnia is a root of depression and should be treated too. Talk to someone you trust please and remember, you now have an angel looking upon you.
