I get overwhelmed so easily my anxiety makes it hard to breath how can I fix this?

One way to cure anxiety is to close your eyes, clear your mind, and breathe. This can be very useful after a stressful situation, it gives you a chance to go over everything that just happened, and just be for a couple of minutes. And if you EVER and I mean EVER think social media is better than just being yourself for a second or two, remember, social media is a horrible place and can do even worse things to people under the right circumstances, this would be one of those circumstances.

A hot shower is another solution as it really kicks in your external feeling senses, calming you, as well as the steam providing lung support, I do this whenever I get the cold, helps me all the time!
