Is a small portion of rice pudding really bad for you at night?

Personally, I have rice pudding or oat meal for supper so I have something nice and warm in my system so then my stomach dosent cause me pain, or I do it so then I can sleep better lol... but i looked into it and i found that it technically does in fact help! xD
