How much water percentage is in the human body?

The normal adult  body is 50-65% water, averaging around 57-60%. The percentage of water in infants is much higher, typically around 75-78% water, dropping to 65% by one year of age. 

In a average male body there is about 70 percent of water, but it depends on many factors, like age, height, and sex.

The person who utilize the progression principle will keep adding the difficulty of the exercise that he's doing, while the person who does not, will only stay stagnant.  the person that utilize progression principle, will get a stronger endurance because now his body is conditioned to do harsher routines.{the answer was already on verified)
