To ensure that all people receive justice in our legal system, the state of georgia
a) requires that the legislative branch make the laws for all of the state.
b) has many different levels of courts to handle many different kinds of cases.
c) prevents people accused of a crime from having any contact with their families.
d) requires all people accused of a crime to pay for their attorney before their trial.

To ensure that all people receive justice in our legal system, the state of Georgia has many different levels of courts to handle many different kinds of cases.  Georgias court system is what is often referred to as 'Municipal Courts'. As muni comes from the Latin word 'magnum' meaning 'many' or 'great'. These include the Magistrate Court, Jury Service, Probate Court, etc.
