Peacemaking criminology is a radical departure from other criminological theories because it focuses on justice and peace. On a micro level, our communities face racial and economic conflicts. On a macro level, we find conflict between states, as well as nations. Do you think that the human race could ever live in peace? Is conflict always bad, or are there any forms of constructive conflict? If some conflict is good, at what point does it turn harmful? Think about the conflicts in your life.
