One of those parties was the NSDAP (National Socialist German Workers Party) or Nazis. One night the Nazi Party planned the burning of the Reichstag (German Parliament) and blamed it on the Communists which granted Hitler "Emergency Powers." He used these powers to make him the absolute dictator of Germany.
