How did the seven years war cemented england as a world empire

The Seven Years' War was a conflict involving Great Britain on the one hand and France on the other, each with its allies. The battles took place mainly in North America and Europe, which were the main centers of power of both colonial empires, although there were also operations in the Rio de La Plata and the Asian continent.
