Glaciers are large sheets of ice found in areas where the air temperature remains cold most of the year. Students use a computer model to study how glaciers can affect land and living things. The students also study data that show glaciers are melting rapidly.

they are best known for the cliff pueblos found throughout arizona, new mexico, colorado and utah. and for their development of desert farming.
