PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY NEED IT It has been argued that the United States should adopt some form of compulsory voting in order to increase voter turnout. Develop an argument as to whether Congress has the power to enact a compulsory statutory voting scheme in federal (congressional or presidential) elections.
