Pay taxes is fundamental for the maintenance and stability of a country, state, etc.

The modern taxes are an evolved way of the archaic ¨tribute¨, where the common citizen pays a determined fee as a tribute to the local monarchy, to be covered, protected and basically be identified as one more of the kingdom.
