True or false? code of hammurabi & english common law are considered sources of american law

Well, the Hammurabi code has a few laws covered. So i would consider it a source of a few American Laws. But Otherwise, I would say true. I'm not 99% sure this is correct, so i suggest looking further into it. I hope this helps one way or another. c:
