This is probably a really stupid question.. but the slope intercept form is y=mx+b. what happens (or what do i do) when i get a minus sign instead of a plus sign? for example: y=mx-b. did i do something wrong? (in case anyone wanted to know my problem was 0.5x+y=-2 and i had to convert it into the slope intercept form, y=mx+b )
