Bob owns 7 shirts, each are the colors of the rainbow. Bob does not like indigo, he is allergic to it, so he doesn't bash his head on the days he wears indigo. Bob loves red, he goes crazy about it, and so, he bashes his head on the days he wears red. the rest of the colors, he doesn't care less about, he either bashes his head if he is in a good mood, or he doesn't bash his head at all. Why am I giving you this info? Here's why. So since Bob is a really unpredictable and random person, the days when he wears the colors other than red and indigo, he bashes his head 65% of the time and doesn't 35% of the time. He also randomly puts on a random shirt from his rainbow collection, so the probability for these is equal. Every 14 days, he has exactly one "bashing spree", where he is 12% more likely to bash his head than usual for the 5 neutral colors, changing the probability to 77% of the time. Of course, the Bashing spree also has an equal chance over the 14 days period. Here is the question: What is the probability that on a completely normal day, that Bob will Bash his head? This means that there is a chance there is a bashing spree on that day 1/14, there is a chance where he is wearing ANY of his 7 shirts, and there is a chance that he won't bash his head or whether he will bash his head.
