Ignore the fact that this sounds depressing but- why do I feel exhausted like I've been sobbing really hard for like 2 hours?

it's not like my eyes hurt or anything I just feel really weak and out of breath.

the feeling isn't there 2/47, but like its so weird... sometimes if I see a sad part of a movie and barely cry it feels like Ive been bawling, or sometimes I feel the same way even if im perfectly happy.

Sorry if this sounds like im seeking attention, im just low-key concerned. I have anxiety so maybe thats the problem?? I know I probably shouldn't discuss it on here but im so confused lol just act like im discussing a math question on here or something
