As a percentage, this is about a 29 percent chance. I guess you could say it's unlikely, because the probability is only 29 percent. 

The fact that the survey was taken on the internet means it's not really a reliable survey, because only those who have access to the internet would be able to take the survey, which rules out a good group of people. 

The major difference is that a histogram is only used to plot the frequency of score occurrences in a continuous data set that has been divided into classes, called bins.  bar charts, on the other hand, can be used for a great deal of other types ofvariables  including  ordinal  andnominal  data sets.
